Simple, Delicious Cheesecake Recipe from Philadelphia Cream Cheese

Cheesecake is a favourite in our house; isn’t it a favourite in everyone’s house?! So yummy and versatile, it is actually quite easy to make but has that classic, elegant edge. Perfect solution for when the in-laws are “dropping by” for dinner and you want to look like you slaved away in the kitchen ;)

Cheesecake recipes are legendary in families; I know we have a few favourites in ours. But this is a simple and delicious one that contains just three easy steps. You can top it with whatever creative creation you can think up! (We like fruit so we topped ours with a cherry pie filling).

Philadelphia 3-Step Cheesecake

2 pkg.  (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

½ cup  sugar

½ tsp.  vanilla

2 eggs

1 ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz.)


HEAT oven to 325°F.

BEAT cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with mixer until blended. Add eggs; beat just until blended.

POUR into crust.

BAKE 40 min. or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours.


My son and I whipped this together in about 15 minutes of hands-on time.
