Stroller GroupFIT:

WORKOUT WITH YOUR TOTS IN TOW! Our routine will include intervals of hills, jogging/power walking and muscle conditioning drills that incorporate your stroller, followed by interactive exercises for you and your baby/toddler.

Mondays – 10:30 – 11:15am – Apr 30-June 25 (no class May 21) – with Laura

Wednesdays – 3:00 – 3:45pm – May 2-June 20 – with Beth

Outdoor GroupFit:

Harness the power of group training to achieve your goals. Athletic style featuring no-nonsense cardio and muscle conditioning in each class.

Mondays – 7:30 – 8:30 pm – May 7-June 25 (no class May 21) – with Teresa

Location: Meet at Cassels Park (playground) – off Woodbine south of Gerrard

Wednesdays – 7:30 – 8:30 pm – May 2-June 20 – with Beth/Lisa

Wake You Up! GroupFit:

Exercise early and enjoy the benefits of improved energy and metabolism all day long! Zero choreography, just plain and simple drills to get the job done.

ULTIMATE SUMMER SHAPE-UP PROGRAM. High Intensity Intervals of cardio and muscle conditioning moves will help you achieve a body transformation.

YES, YOU CAN RUN! Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned runner, look no further than our group of women runners to encourage you. Each week we will cover a new technique and informational topic to take you from couch to 5K, improve your time and make running easier.

Fridays – 6:00 – 7:00pm – May 4-June 22 (no class May 18) – with Beth

Location: Runs will occur at a variety of locations throughout the Beach/East York ‘hood.

Drop-In Fitness at Eastminster United Church

Mondays with Beth 9:00-10:00 am – ongoing

A cool fitness co-op that’s been running for over 20 years in Riverdale. Each week features a different class format – from muscle conditioning, to cardio kickboxing. Drop-in for only $6 – no registration with CareerFit Mom required for this one! This group also runs classes on Wednesdays (cardio) & Fridays (Zumba) at 9:00 am with different instructors.

MULTIPLE CLASS DISCOUNT: register for a 2nd program for only $10/class + tax

SINGLE DROP-IN: $20.00 + tax
