The Ottawa Public Library is the largest public bilingual English-French library in North America. It is governed by a Board, made up of six City of Ottawa Councillors and eight members of the public. The Library system is made up of:
- One Main Library
- 32 community branches, including three district branches
- Two Bookmobiles
- One Kiosk
