Beaches 'Baby' Fitness

For mothers with infants & toddlers up to 3 years of age. Babies (under 22 lbs) will be included in workout. Baby Fitness with Beaches Fitness is a full-body workout with a strong focus on the hips, thighs, butt and core. The class is a circuit-training style layout with cardio bursts throughout to keep your heart rate elevated and the calorie burn at a max! Older children are free to play and interact with the other children. This is a child and parent friendly atmosphere which includes a great full-body workout!
