Mom Fitness - Circuit Class

Looking to take your workout to the next level? Mom Fitness - Level Two, is intended for moms that have already been through the initial Mom Fitness classes and is ready to push her body to the next level. The workout will be a little more intense and will be set up to run in a circuit with cardio intervals throughout in order to maximize the calories burned. Since this class will be set up as a circuit, I will only be accepting new registrations once a month.
